Insurance
Our office is a participating provider for Delta Dental and United Concordia. We will happily submit your dental claims to another insurance company as long as it is a PPO plan. A PPO plan allows patients to go to the doctors of their choosing. We cannot accept HMO or DMO plans since coverage is generally only available to patients if they choose to go to the insurance companies selected doctor. We apologize but we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Feel free to call our office with any questions.
